Job Summary:
Primary function is to provide support to Customer Support Reps to maintain and improve the departments overall productivity and enhance CP’s ability to meet or exceed our customer’s service expectations. This position will primarily provide direct support in the areas of job order entry, shipping order entry, data maintenance, and back-up coverage for accounts as needed.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
- Supplement CSR workload in the areas of repeat order entry, date changes, item build and misc. data maintenance
- Generate and distribute Inventory and various other reports for customers on a daily basis using Excel, Crystal Reports, Access, etc.
- Work within C-P’s ERP system to access information in support of CSR and customer needs.
- Provide back-up coverage to customer accounts as needed. This would include understanding the account and be capable of placing repeat orders, working with the customer to responding questions regarding the account from graphic questions to production issues.
- Special projects and tasks assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational and written/oral communication skills.
- Excellent PC/software skills and knowledge (Windows, Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently at times, and as part of the Customer Support Team.
- Convey a professional image when representing the company
- Sitting and use of telephone and PC keyboard for extended periods of time.
- Office environment / minimal time necessary in manufacturing area.
