Job Summary:
The primary job responsibilities are
- Primary contact with customer for Graphics and Plate requirements
- Graphics order entry
- Manage deliverables from Graphics production
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
- Obtain all relevant job information and Graphics files from customers
- Answer any questions or concerns from customers in a timely manner.
- Enter customer orders into Graphics production accurately and timely.
- Answer any questions or concerns from Graphics production in a timely manner
- Regularly communicate production status and delivery dates of files or proofs to customer
- Coordinate delivery of proofs and files to customers
- Coordinate plate ordering with Graphics/Plate production
- Comply with all general Company-wide standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and any job or department specific SOPs.
- SOPs may cover the areas of (but are not limited to)
- Employee Health and Safety
- SQF (Safe Quality Food packager) and GMP (good manufacturing procedures) focused on eliminating contamination in all packaging manufactured.
- SGP (Sustainable Green Printer) environmental regulatory procedures and SOP’s
- SOPs may cover the areas of (but are not limited to)
- Must work within productivity standards and completes work in a timely manner.
- Special Projects & other duties as necessary
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in Graphics production
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail is essential.
Other knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality of information to Company and Federal standards.
- Must be able to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and be able to deal with frequent changes, delays or unexpected events.
- Must be dependable and work within Company conduct standards; consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to move and lift up to 40 lbs. (intermittently)

- Must be able to wear all required personal protective equipment if in the production areas
